Job Title: Safety Manager

About the Role:
We are an HVAC Contractor looking for a full-time safety manager in our main office in Albuquerque. This position would report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for enforcement, compliance and record-keeping for the company’s safety program.

Responsibilities:

· Jobsite inspections and hazard evaluations, corrective actions.

· Conduct trainings or schedule trainings for various safety topics.

· Record-keeping, compiling forms and log all trainings.

· Replenishing safety related supplies.

· Conduct incident investigations.

Qualifications:

· Previous office experience.

· Excellent computer skills, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, and must be proficient in all aspects of Internet. Previous Quickbooks experience is a plus.

· A self-motivated and organized individual.

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

· Must be attentive to detail, accurate, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

· Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum direction.

· Must have High School diploma or GED.
